Hello! Thank you for considering me to be your stylist. Please read the following information prior to booking your appointment with me. Hope to service you soon! 🥰 NEW CLIENTS • A consultation is required prior to your first service. You can book both the consultation and service desired for your first appointment. This is to ensure I have an extensive knowledge of your hair’s history and in result, a service tailored just for your hair’s needs. If you do not book this with your first service, the consultation fee will still apply at checkout. • I am located at Blossom Beauty Studio in Willoughby, Ohio. The address will be attached to your confirmation email. • For any appointment questions or concerns, you can contact me via text/call at 440-549-0002. • Ask about my new client and weekly specials! PRE-BOOKING/DEPOSITS • Effective September 14, 2022, deposits are now required to book an appointment. Each service has their own deposit fee. NOTE: Deposits are non-refundable however, they are transferable for one rescheduled appointment. A $0.75 service fee applies during deposit processing. Remaining balance of service will be due at checkout. • I will no longer prebook appointments without a card on file. This is the only way to bypass paying a deposit for every appointment. Your information will always be secure and I only have access to your information during deposit, checkout, and fee processing. If you prefer booking directly online, you may continue to do so. NOTE: Please be sure to read the cancellation policy below. • Smoothing treatments, permanent color & blonding services, and select extension installations will require a deposit for every appointment. • In the event that I will need to cancel and/or reschedule appointments due to an emergency on my end, I will be happy to refund your deposit or transfer it to your rescheduled appointment. NOTE: Deposit may be transferred once for a rescheduled appointment in this case. ALL CLIENTS • Children are not permitted unless being serviced. NOTE: Children 11+ are only being serviced at this time. • A mask is required during your service. If you do not have one, I will be more than happy to supply one for you. • If you are experiencing any cold/flu/Covid-19 symptoms, please refrain from scheduling. If you have an appointment and you become sick, please reschedule your appointment for a later date. • All major credit cards are accepted, a 2.5% convenience fee applies at checkout. Other forms of payment accepted are CASH & ZELLE only. Effective January 1, 2023, cash & Zelle will be the only forms of payment accepted for Friday & Saturday appointments. • A 15 minute grace period applies to all appointments although it is encouraged to arrive at the start of your appointment time. If you are running behind, please contact me as soon as possible. If you are later than 15 minutes, you will need to reschedule your appointment or you’re more than welcome to wait until the end of the business day to be serviced if I can’t fit you in sooner. End of business day availability will vary. MISSION STATEMENT I am a Cleveland based multicultural hairstylist specializing in custom blowouts and silk presses. I offer a wide range of services and will be adding more soon! The beauty & fashion industry has been a passion of mine since I was 9 years old. As a result of this, I studied cosmetology in high school and I am also an aspiring Fashion Designer. I make it a goal to continue to learn, practice, and execute new techniques. Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel or reschedule? No problem! Please give a 24-48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations will be subjected to a 50% service fee. NOTE: If the required notice of 24-48 hours notice isn’t met, the cancellation fee will still apply. Please contact me as soon as possible if something comes up out of your control, I will do my best to accommodate you. If you are a no-call/no-show, you will be banned from online booking and will be subjected to a 50% service fee. If the card on file declines during fee processing, it is required to pay your outstanding balance before consideration of future appointments.
